The InMus Project: Supporting Young Musicians on Their Path to Professionalism
A project by Sistema Cyprus and Orquestra Geração

We are excited to share with the Sistema Europe network an initiative that empowers young musicians as they take their next steps towards professional careers.

The InMus – From Youth to Professionalism: Employability Skills in Music project is a KA210 Erasmus+ collaboration led by Sistema Cyprus and Associação das Orquestras Sinfónicas Juvenis Sistema Portugal (Orquestra Geração).
The project focuses on providing practical tools and resources that equip young musicians with the skills they need to thrive in the professional music world.

New Resource Available: The InMus Guide on Employability Skills in Music

The InMus Guide is an useful resource for youth workers in the field of music such as artistic directors, instrumental teachers, and music operators across Europe and beyond. Youth workers will be able to adapt the materials to fit their students' needs and local context, providing career guidance and job skills training tailored to the professional music industry in their respective countries.
The InMus Guide was developed in response to several pressing needs in the music education and social action sectors. These needs are particularly relevant for young people who participate in music-social orchestra programmes and are at a pivotal stage in their lives.
Whether you’re a young musician at an advanced level or an educator supporting their development, this guide offers valuable insights and resources to help navigate the next steps.
