    Maria Majno is the VP of Sistema Europe, head of Sistema Lombardia & a member of the Sistema Global Advisory Board. She also teaches at Milan's Università Cattolica, is the VP of the Mariani Foundation for Paediatric Neurology & used to be the CEO and artistic director of the Società del Quartetto di Milano.

    Patricia Abdelnour

    Patricia Abdelnour is a viola player who grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Music Production and Engineering degree and later obtained her Master’s in International Relations/Intercultural Communications from American University. She currently lives in Luxembourg where she works in programs for social inclusion.

    Nikoletta Polydorou is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Sistema Cyprus, a social-music programme that provides free orchestral music education to children and young people, including migrants and refugees. She holds a PhD in Education and defines herself as an “Artivist,” bridging culture, education, and social change.

    Ron Davis Álvarez is a Venezuelan conductor and music educator. He has led masterclasses and lectures around the world, training teachers and developing orchestral programs for children and youth. He is the founder and artistic director of Dream Orchestra, a music learning community based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
